The Team Development Process™ has been designed for in-tact teams who need a process to develop a strong team core.  This is more than a one-day workshop, but a 12-15 month process to create solid teams where everyone gets on board the same bus, heading to the same goal destination, and wants a smooth ride along the way.

Team Development Process

The Team Development Process™ is developed by the Integro Leadership Institute and has developed a three stage Team Development Process designed to be implemented over a 12 to 18 month period which includes reinforcement sessions and practical applications back in the workplace. The process begins with bench marking the team’s current level of alignment and then focuses on building a high performance team that has a clear focus on results.
