Solution #2: Team Development Process
Designed for in-tact teams who need a process to develop a strong team core. This is more than a one-day workshop, but a 12-15 month process to create solid teams where everyone gets on board the same bus, heading to the same goal destination, and wants a smooth ride along the way.
