Leadership Development Process
Millions of dollars are spent on leadership training every year, and yet, we still have a significant lack of leadership in all areas of society, and at all levels of business and government. The result of a lack of leadership is a workforce that is disengaged- employees pointing fingers of blame, lack of trust between co-workers and managers, and no one taking responsibility.
Creating a workplace based on trust and personal accountability starts with it’s leaders and the environment they shape each day starting with their own behaviors. The Leadership Development Process aims to teach leaders that being trustworthy is not enough and and that if we are not focusing on the behaviors that build trust, could we be breaking trust each day?

hip Development Process is a paced learning process that guides leaders through five specific learning modules that when combined help leaders to build trust by re-igniting heir passion for what they do, strengthen their one-on-one relationships with their employees, and build an environment that allows an open flow of communication, diversity, and problem solving, and high team performance to prevail.
