Workshop: People Smarts for the Workplace

Overview:  In “People Smarts for the Workplace,” participants use a relationship-building self-assessment tool called Everything DiSC for the Workplace®. Participants learn about the behavioral styles of Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness, and assess which styles drive their own needs, priorities, and communication style. Discover how to read people’s style’s with DiSC and learn to adapt your own communication style  to get more buy-in, support, and results with the people you work with.
