The Team Alignment Questionnaire is used to identify the key areas that determine team effectiveness. It also forms a benchmark for our Team Development Process so that we can measure increased team effectiveness as the process evolves. The two dimensions measured by the report are:
Team Alignment which measures the level of clarity and agreement there is in the team on their purpose, values, vision, goals, procedures and roles.
Team Trust Levelwhich measures each team members perception of the level of trust there is in the team.
